At Rock Wallaby Early Learning Centre, our qualified and experienced educators are passionate, dedicated and deeply committed to the Early Childhood Education and Care profession. This supportive and respectful environment fosters staff consistency, enabling children to form secure, meaningful connections with their educators and build a strong sense of trust and belonging.

Continual professional learning is important to us. We actively encourage our educators to extend their professional knowledge by undertaking further studies in the field of Early Childhood Education and Care. In turn, they provide experiences and incorporate learning experiences that are deliberate and purposeful to help stimulate and engage each child.

 

We are very proud of our staff as they help to lead each child from exciting days of early learning, through a smooth transition into primary school.
